I recently changed out my debit card and I got a payment declined notice from Paizo on my subscription
I just checked and the new CC I had entered was also declined. Seems my billing address is (still) my old address!
So trying to change that on this site I get a pop up window that lets me add my address but the window cuts off at the choose country drop down. Once I pick the USA I am unable to progress the address change.
I will endeavor to get on a PC later today and change all that but I thought you would like to know of the problem

Hi there,
Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look at your pending order, and I still can't get the credit card to go through with the new address. Our card processor can be VERY picky (since it's intended to prevent fraud), so the billing address has to match exactly what the bank would have on file for your card.
If you are unable to fix the address from your end of things, I will be happy to help out from my side. If you're still having troubles, send an email to customer.service@paizo.com or give us a call during our business hours. Our phones are open M-F from 10am - 5pm, Pacific Time. Please don't post your address on the forums, as they are public.
For now, I have sent reversal requests for the temporary authorizations that were put through to your card in the attempt to fix the order. You should see those funds credited back to your account within 1 - 5 business days, depending on how your bank handles those requests.
