Question in title.
Amateur swashbuckler feat description:
Prerequisite(s): No levels in a class that has the panache class feature.
Benefit: You gain a small amount of panache and the ability to perform a single 1st-level swashbuckler deed. Choose a 1st-level deed from the swashbuckler's deeds class feature; once chosen, this deed cannot be changed.
At the start of each day, you gain 1 panache point. Throughout the day, you can gain a number of panache points up to a maximum of your Charisma modifier (minimum 1). You can regain panache points as the swashbuckler's panache class feature. You can spend these panache points to perform the 1st-level deed you chose upon taking this feat as well as any other deeds you have gained through feats or magic items.
Flamboyant arcana and arcane deed:
A magus gains the derring-do and opportune parry and riposte deeds from the swashbuckler's list of deeds. The magus can spend points from his arcane pool as panache points to use these deeds and any other deeds he gains from the deed arcana, but he cannot use points from his arcane pool to use deeds from other classes or those gained by feats, nor can he regain points to his arcane pool as a swashbuckler would regain panache points. Effects that add to, reduce the cost of, or otherwise affect panache or grit don't affect the arcane pool of a magus with this arcana.
Benefit(s) When a magus takes this arcana, he can pick any one deed from the swashbuckler class feature as long as that deed can be used by a swashbuckler of his magus level. The magus can use that deed by using points from his arcane pool as the panache points required for that deed. A magus can take this arcana multiple times, each time gaining a new deed.
Now, they can all clearly be taken on a full progression magus, since the magus does not count as "levels in a class that has the panache class feature".
However, note that the feat only states that you can use other deeds gained through feats or magic items. Not, notably, deeds gained through class features such as magus arcana.
In addition, it only states that the magus can use them via arcane points as panache points, not via simple panache points.
I personally believe that the ability to use that amateur swashbuckler panache pool to fuel the flamboyant arcana deeds is not RAW, but I do believe that it's reasonable enough to allow. What does everyone else think?

Let's run down what flamboyant arcana does for you.
First point
A magus gains the derring-do and opportune parry and riposte deeds from the swashbuckler's list of deeds
This means, you get those two deeds, and they follow the normal rules for those deeds with the exceptions stated furter in the paragraph. Those are
The magus can spend points from his arcane pool as panache points to use these deeds and any other deeds he gains from the deed arcanaSo, in addition, the magus can use arcane points in place of panache points for those specific deeds that come from his magus arcanas. This is not a substitution so the standard activation cost (in panache) is still available to you. Also
but he cannot use points from his arcane pool to use deeds from other classes or those gained by feats, nor can he regain points to his arcane pool as a swashbuckler would regain panache pointsThis simply means that the two pools are still separate and not interchangeable. The only sustitution permitted is the one stated in the second point. Lastly
. Effects that add to, reduce the cost of, or otherwise affect panache or grit don't affect the arcane pool of a magus with this arcana.
Exactly what it says on the tin.
Basically, yes you can.

A small point, compare the power of taking amateur swashbuckler over, say, a couple of arcane points via extra arcane pool.
Amateur swashbuckler gives you 2 more points (assuming 14 charisma, which is a bit high for a magus), the dodging panache deed (only other level 1 deed available), and the ability to refresh the deed specific pool via normal swashbuckler methods. The limitation is these points can only be spent on your deeds.
Extra arcane pool gives you 2 more points, which can be spent on anything that the magus can already do with points, however you miss out on the arguably minor deed and the ability to refresh deed specific points as a swashbuckler.
Seems like they both have merits, and I don't feel that amateur swashbuckler is too powerful if used in this way. It's simply a more focused option.

You could also take the Parry/Riposte deed with Amateur Swashbuckler.
Yes, you can already do it with magus arcane deed, but you can't regain arcane pool points.
So, if you take that deed again with the feat, you can now use it with normal panache, and refresh with crit/kills instead of burning through arcane pool for that deed.
As typical magus want high crit weapons anyways, it seems like a good idea to have a parry pool that can refresh instead of burning your limited (and much more valuable arcane pool points) on that.
