Into a Kobold.
Now, I had my BM Alch specced to be a melee beast, with 2 levels of Master Chymist.
Now the Kobold has thrown a wrench in my gears...my Str dropped, I had just got a neg level from Urgathoa, and now 2 more neg levels.
My plan is to try and retrain my 2 levels of Master Chymist into Arcane Bomber and make this lil lizard a ranged threat, but I don't foresee 3 weeks of downtime in the middle of Carrion Crown.
What can I do to fix this wrench in my gears? Die again and hope for a better reincarnation? Try and convince the party to take a 3 week breather?

Hopefully, the GM will at least find a way for you to heal up the negative levels faster. Otherwise... the term "death spiral" comes to mind.
See if you can convince the party to rest. Failing that, though... I'm a big fan of rolling with reincarnation, but this looks like the worst-case scenario. A new reincarnation might be best if you can't respec in some way.

Well, kobolds aren't really that worse off than ratfolk. I assume your beastmorph was already dex-based, so an additional -2 to str isn't that crippling, especially if you have an agile AoMF. The -2 to con is worse, but you can work around that. Your biggest problem is the negative levels. If you can remove those, you will be okay in your new scaly body.
Wish or miracle should be able to transform you back to a ratfolk without much risk. Of course, wish or miracle are very expensive to a level 9 character... :)

Invest in some Soul Stimulant. 300 gp for 12 hours suppressing one negative level.
Pay for Restoration or Greater Restoration. 1280 gp for removing one negative level or 5910 for all of them.
