Subscription pre-auth error plus historical Orders still pending

Hi Paizo CS

I just received my subscription pre-auth email (#3565135) and there is no mention of the PF Battles promo figure. I mentioned this in the June shipping thread, but figured I'd list it here as well.

I also wanted to ask you about order #3573248 which has been pending since 19th May (I think). I was kind of expecting that to have shipped by now, or to automatically merge with my subscription order as it didnt seem to me that you'd be waiting on any of those items. Would someone mind having a look at that and pushing it out the door if it's ready to go? (I dont care if it ships separately or with this month's subscription items, but I'd like it to go sooner rather than later - if there is something holding it up (one of the PACG player mats, maybe?) then would you mind moving whatever it is to my sidecart and shipping out what's ready to go?

Finally, I wanted to touch base with you about order #3554412 (listed as pending since the 1st of May, but I think that was actually the last time you prodded it for me - from memory I ordered that back in December 2014). It seems a little odd that this hasnt shipped yet (I've ordered some of these from another site and they got them from a distributor with no trouble). Could you look into this one too? I dont really want to merge this with the subscription order (since I'm sure it's going to jinx whatever it touches) but I am keen to get these, once they are all in stock.

Also (just because I'm curious) can you tell me why my subscription order which spawned today has a lower order number than my earlier orders?

I was sure they were sequential (with the final digit a checksum) - this is the first time I remember my order numbers going down, not up.

Hello Steve,

Sara Marie took care of the red dragon when she saw your post in the June shipping thread.

It looks like order 3573248 was waiting on the Deck Protector Displays. I have moved those to your sidecart so I can get everything else on its way to you right away.

As for order 3554412 it looks like the decks are still on backorder. We are just waiting for them to become available. The only one I can get underway is the Paladin Spell Deck. I have moved that into your subscription order so it will be on its way to you soon.

The sequencing of order numbers is something I am not familiar with so I will have to ask the tech folks about that. I will post again when I have some more information for you.


Thanks, Diego. A couple of follow up queries:

Should I have received a new email? All the orders still show as separate to me.

The paladin spell deck and the premium figure don't seem to be showing up anywhere anymore.

It looks like the Ekkie PACG mat was also put in the sidecart (together with the deck protector displays) though the other mats seem to have remained in their initial order. Is that as it should be?
