Missing a Blessing of Iomedae

I just got my Wrath of the Righteous PACG Base Set which I had ordered from another vendor, but after going through the cards and comparing it against the card list provided, I appear to be short 1 x Blessing of Iomedae. Card list shows there should be 3 of these, but I only counted 2. Wanted to check with you guys first if it would be possible for me to get a replacement card for it. Thanks in advance
