Wild Shape Size modification

Hi guys,

Is there a way Druids can reduce their wildshape size and still keep the size bonus of their transformation?

Example.

Level 12 Druid wild shapes into a huge earth elemental +8 size bonus to your Strength, a -2 penalty on your Dexterity, a +4 size bonus to your Constitution, and a +6 natural armor bonus.

My goal is to keep this stats but in a Medium or Large size.

How can i acomplish this?

for the elementals, no you can not get size bonus for size A while being size B.

Note, that if you do not mind the lesser bonuses, you can still go for medium or large at level 12

Cant. Your stats change with your size.

The bonus to stats is BECAUSE they get that big. So no, there isn't a loophole around needing to be Huge.
