Hi ckdragons,

I'm sorry for any confusion with this! Your shipping confirm email should also say that it should leave the warehouse by May 22nd. Because many of the subscription orders are processed in waves/batches, it can be hard to pinpoint where any given one is in the process.

This means that yours could leave anytime between when you got the shipping confirmation email and the date listed in the shipping confirmation email (in this case, May 22nd).

So you should start seeing the tracking update anytime time between now and 24-48 hours after the end of the shipping window.
