Hurling Barbarian throwing multiple improvised weapons using Hurling Rage Power

Rules Questions

Hey there!

I'm still a novice Pathfinder/D&D player and gm and I'm new to the forums here but I have some questions about a hurling barbarian build and I would greatly appreciate any feedback. I love the idea of a guy who specializes in throwing things, especially big bulky improvised weapons. My issue comes with the legality of "hurling" multiple objects in one round using the following feat and rage power combinations assuming I also have the Quick Draw feat and Throw Anything feat:

Raging Hurler
An opponent can do little to evade your wrathful pitching of weapons and objects.
Prerequisites: Rage class feature, Throw Anything.
Benefit: While raging, you can throw a two-handed weapon as a standard action, and you double the range increment for weapons you throw. If you also have the Quick Draw feat, you can throw two-handed weapons at your full normal rate of attacks. Further, you can pick up an unattended object that you can use as a improvised weapon within your reach as part of the attack action to throw that item.

Two-Handed Thrower (Combat)
You hurl weapons with both hands and with great force, sometimes using a whirling technique to send your weapon flying through the air at tremendous speeds.
Prerequisite: Str 15.
Benefit: Whenever you use two hands to throw a one-handed or two-handed weapon, you gain a bonus on damage rolls equal to 1-1/2 times your Strength bonus. Using two hands to throw any weapon requires only a standard action for you. If you also have the Quick Draw feat, you can throw two-handed weapons at your full normal rate of attacks.
Normal: You add your Strength bonus on thrown weapon damage, regardless of available hands. Throwing a two-handed weapon is a full-round action.

Hurling, Lesser (Ex)
Benefit: As a full-round action while raging, the barbarian can lift and hurl an object up to one size category smaller than herself with both hands or two size categories smaller with one hand as an improvised weapon with a range increment of 10 feet. This inflicts damage as a falling object plus the barbarian’s Strength bonus. This damage is halved if the object is not made of stone, metal, or similar material. This is a ranged touch attack, and the target may attempt a Reflex save (DC 10 + 1/2 the barbarian’s level + the barbarian’s Strength modifier) for half damage. The barbarian may apply Power Attack to this attack as a one- or two-handed weapon, as appropriate.

I would later take Greater Hurling which is as Lesser Hurling but increases the size of objects you can throw to one size category larger than yourself. So my question is that with this combination in conjunction with Quick Draw, could a 12th level Barbarian with BAB +12/+7/+2 who is next to three large sized boulders, throw all three stones using fall damage and touch AC as a full round action? I realize that it is not optimal because a character would most likely not be next to multiple large objects at a time, but I still want to know.

The rage power specifically says "As a full-round action while raging, the barbarian can lift and hurl an object..." That is the part makes me think that this might not be possible. However it also says that it is hurled "as an improvised weapon" and even goes so far as to say "The barbarian may apply Power Attack to this attack as a one- or two-handed weapon, as appropriate," which to me implies that you would treat this improvised weapon as a one- or two-handed weapon in other cases. This is important because Two Handed Thrower says that "Using two hands to throw any weapon requires only a standard action for you. If you also have the Quick Draw feat, you can throw two-handed weapons at your full normal rate of attacks." At first it says "using two hands to throw ANY weapon" but later refers to the weapon as a two-handed weapon. For the purpose of what I've described, would this work? Would the boulders be considered "two-handed" improvised weapons? Or would it not matter either way because it refers to ANY weapon in the beginning while the boulders are in fact treated as improvised weapons according to the rage power. If anyone is worried about the action of picking up the boulders, refer to Raging Hurler which says "you can pick up an unattended object that you can use as a improvised weapon within your reach as part of the attack action to throw that item." The same questions would apply to this feat as with the other feat when used with the hurling rage powers. I thank anyone in advance for your help!

MM, there are rage powers that enable you to use other people as improved weapons... so, even if its the MOST viable build, you will have tons of fun throwing other people around... Go with the vital strike line so that you can vital strike with 1 enemy on another one...

Example: Grapple - Pin - Bodyblow (1 round spend, 1 person incapacitated)
Vital strike with throw on another monster. (Do damage to both monsters)

Yep. You got it for the most part man. I have a build just like this same feats and rage powers and all. but then I went oracle fighter to throw little ones that dealt more damage. I'm thinking oracle slayer now lol throwing rocks to kill people make me laugh.

Sweet! Thank you both for your replies. I'll think about using the variations you both suggested on other characters. Killing with rocks and random objects really is hilarious, that's why I want to do it!
