Can a level 1 Bloodrager use a Long Arms scroll?

Bloodrager doesn't get the Spellcasting feature until 4th, but has a Caster Level=to Class level. The rules seem clear that it counts as on my spell list even though I can't cast yet. And I've got the minimum Cha. But the CL and CL check required are pretty ambiguous.

Can my level 1 Bloodrager use a CL1 scroll of a level 1 spell?

Do I need to make a caster level check? What CL do I use?

You'd need to use UMD.

It's wands that you can use without a caster level, so long as the spell is on your class spell list.

Better to use a wand, this is why many Rangers & Paladins carry Wands of CLW, since they can use them regardless of actual casting ability.
