Any way to ignore Int requirements other than Brawler's Cunning?

Advice

I'm aware that Swashbucklers and Daring Champions can use Charisma instead of Int to meet requirements, but that doesn't meet my goals - I'd like to know if there's any class or prestige class dips that would allow a character to ignore Int requirements on feats other than Brawler. I'm working on an underfoot adept / maneuver master character that's probably going to multi out to lore warden sometime after 6th level, and I want to be able to get at least one feat that requires Int 13. But I really can't afford to spend point buy on that many stats.

The new stamina system lets you ignore int requirements on combat expertise and the rest of the feats that it serves as a prerequisite to.

Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Tekko-Kagi): "Also known as an iron claw, this device consists of a fanlike structure of three or more 10-inch blades secured to a sturdy handle strapped to the forearm of the off hand. It can be used as an offensive weapon or defensively like a buckler, or used to disarm an opponent without provoking an attack of opportunity. It provides its owner with a +2 circumstance bonus on attempts to disarm or sunder swords or other slender-bladed weapons." (emphasis mine)

Effectively, you get most of the benefit of Improved Disarm (don't provoke, often +2 to disarm checks) for one feat instead of two (since there is no Combat Expertise requirement) and no Int minimum. You can also use it to gain a +1 shield bonus on rounds where you're not using it to attack/disarm; it can't benefit from enhancement bonuses for a higher shield bonus, however, as it's not a shield.
