Using Handle Animal on someone elses summoned creature

Ignoring druid and ranger ACs, since summoned creatures do not have the Exclusive trick, can other people give them orders with Handle Animal rolls?

Liberty's Edge

I would say no. While it is not explicitly stated under the Handle Animal skill, I believe it is assumed that 'Handling' or 'Pushing' an animal assumes that the animal has been domesticated. Summoned animals are not domesticated, so they will not react to an ally.

The caster can command a summoned animal if he can speak to it because it is part of the spell description.

No. The animal is magically bound by the spell to attack the summoners foes.

And animals do not accept tricks from people that they're attacking. Even the language of the exclusive trick, which is the sole reason to justify that kind of cheese, makes that clear. Exclusive prevents other people from giving orders in the case of charm and wild empathy. Its not neccesary otherwise.
