So far I can find three maybe's, if you want to count them.(Sorry for the pun)
There is Iffdahsil a Shoggoth who is a mythic vampire that lives in the Black Dessert of Orv.
Ruithvein the third Vampire in existence who probably is or was one who is now an Infernal Duke
And Zura the first Vampire who is now a Vampire Succubus that became a Demon Lord.
However this does raise the question of who the second Vampire in existence is.
However if anybody knows any more please tell me. It would be most appreciated.

Hmm, I never realized that paizo had neglected a mythic form of perhaps one of the more common undead forms in the game. Interesting...
I wonder if that was deliberate or if it was just an accident on their part. We know of several mythic liches, arazni and tar baphon, other mythic undead such as urum hel, but no mythic vampires.
Overall, I think a mythic vampire might end up being the power behind the throne in any kingdom he ends up residing in. Someone that powerful I just don't see sitting on the sidelines and waiting things out.

Mythic undead should be by the nature of mythic... rare. Three named examples is hardly "neglect".

Granted. But still, I am surprised that there has not even been a mention of one in the past defeated by great heroes or something. Vampires are so iconic undead monsters that I simply can't imagine that there isn't one of such magnificent power out there at least mentioned in legends. Aside from the Runelord Sorshen, who may have become something akin to a vampire in order to be given eternal life, or at least performed massive blood rituals.

When you've got undead lords like Geb and the Whispering Tyrant, a mere "mythic vampire" simply doesn't get much press. And it may be that no one has managed to defeat one yet.

Its also a function of where Mythic Realms came in print. Classic Horrors was years prior to Mythic rules. Any of the vampires named there would have been designed under the non-mythic assumption. Whether they can be retconned up to mythic, though is GM purview.
Undead Unleashed has 1 vampire (Prince Kasiya) in it, but I don't have the book to know his CR or stats. PFwiki has him at Aristocrat 2 / Sorc 9, no mythic tiers.
Back to Mythic Realms, though, really the iconic "mythic" bad guy undead in the lore are liches (Whispering Tyrant, Aranzi, maybe even Zutha) and a ghost (Geb). The bottom 4 levels of Gallowspire are all CR20+ (Dungeons of Golarion) and would presumably contain some mythic undead.
