Pathfinders Feats

Does anyone know of feats in pathfinders where you can use dex instead of strength for damage roles with rapier? If not, why isn't there?

There is just such a feat. Recently made, in fact. Do a search for Fencing Grace. :)

No problem. There's even a swashbuckler archetype, the Inspired Blade, who starts out with all the prerequisites. :)
