I think in my haste to purchase more of your fine products while trying to minimize shipping costs, I may have accidentally caused a snafu in my system.

I originally placed order 3509871 containing two pdfs and a shirt, with the shirt going into my sidecart for my April subscription shipment. Then, this month, I added some dice to to that order number between original notice and finalization.

I think somehow this may have borked up one or both orders, as I've not yet received any shipping notifications and the normal subscription shipment period has ended.

Would someone mind checking into my order(s), and letting me know what (if anything) I need to do? I'm hoping it's just the addition of the dice delaying it until you get them in, but better safe than sorry. :)

It looks like the shirt had a little trouble moving all the way over to the subscription order. I have moved it so that it should be included now.

For the dice that you ordered, it looks like those all should have had a listed product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 4 to 18 business days. Longer availability times like that typically mean that we will need to get something in from a distributor. More details about this can be found here:

Because you added them to the subscription order, the order is waiting for all of those to come in.
