How does magic jar interact with racial feats? The one that came up recently was the gnome racial feat Effortless Trickery.
What exactly is the context of your question? For that matter what IS your question?
Keep in mind that if you don't provide links to the items you're asking about, or put them in spoiler texts, don't expect your respondents to do the research for you.

I think he's basically asking:
"Which abilities, feats, skills, talents, etc, etc are dependent on the creature's body as opposed to the occupying mind?"
The answer is, generally:
---------------------
Mental, mind, int/cha/wis based things, etc, go with the transferred mind.
Physical, body-dependent, str/con/dex based things are based on the body.
Some things, such as most spellcasting, require both the mind to cast it and the physical form to perform the somatic components.
Finally, some things are just vague and completely up to GM interpretation. Even which things fall into this category are going to vary based on who you ask. An example of this might be a physical poison which affects the mind or a magical limitation on a character's ability to act.
When you have an effect that modifies the creature, you also need to figure out whether it's affecting the mind or the body. Thus, Fox's Cunning or being confusion will travel with the mind, but Boar's Endurance or being poisoned will stay with the body. Expect table variation on this too, however.
---------------------
For the specific feat you asked about, I'd say it's primarily a mind based ability, and thus will transfer with the mind.
