I just looked at my account to check the status of Order 3519452, and it is listed as being complete, however I haven't received it. Can you please advise what has happened to it?

It looks like this order was processed for shipping on 4/23 (since it had April subscription items, it was part of the April subscription shipping queue, which the warehouse should have finished up on the 24th). Going standard post, it has it has an estimate of 12 to 20 business days in transit. You will likely see it arrive sometime between May 11th and May 21st.
