3479617 - Seriously, guys, wth?

I was wondering why an order I made 2 months ago still hasn't been shipped, and has since been lumped into the next month's order. Oh, and the authorization on the order form says it expires tomorrow, so I'm wondering if I'll get another "We had trouble processing your payment" message which will push it back yet another month.

This initially started as order 3467532 on February 24th. The following day I added a subscription to my account and figured it might or might not get added to the current shipment, but that was immaterial. That became order 3480371. I had a concern about the shipping and contacted customer service via email and communicated briefly with Diego, who said that the order was being "pushed through." That was on the 26th.

Now I see that the things I ordered then have been moved to order 3479617.

If this is what happens when a customer orders a shirt, let me know that that is the reason and I will never order another one.

Thanks for letting us know about this! I've looked into your order #3479617, and it seems that it is indeed being held up by the shirt. We have had some issues with sidecarts, which looks like it may have contributed to the delay.

As it stands, everything in your order is ready to go except for the shirt. These can take a while because they need to be ordered from the manufacturer, so they are usually given an estimate of 15 - 60 business days. It looks like yours has been ordered from the supplier, but it has not yet reached us.

I'm very sorry for the confusion and delays with this order. If you would like to remove the shirt completely or just move it into the sidecart to be sent with an available subscription order later on, just let me know and I will get that taken care of right away. If you'd prefer to have everything ship all at once, then the order will continue to wait for everything to come before shipping.

Please reply to confirm what you would prefer and i will be sure to get everything squared away as quickly as I can. If there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, please don't hesitate to let me know.

OK, now it's been a six month wait on an item that says 15-60 days, and YET ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION ORDER has been held because of it. Remove this shirt from the order (which is now 3642159), and I recommend you remove it from the store, since it doesn't actually seem to exist.

Holding an order because of one item means that my regular subscriptions sit idle in a warehouse, and I can't get the PDFs.

It seems that once items are added to an order, there are no options on line to separate it out from the order. At least I can't find them. Since I KNOW what the problem is here, I should be able to edit this order to get the shirt out of it, up until the point this order goes to shipping.

I'm sorry to see that moved out of the sidecart again without being ready! This definitely looks like an issue for the tech team to take a look at, as that shouldn't be happening. Very sorry for any inconveience!

I have cancelled the shirt from the order and the rest of the items are ready to ship. The warehouse is still working on getting all of this month's subscription orders shipped out. Our shipping window for this month is estimated to the the 17th through the 28th, so you should see a shipping update in that time frame.

In general, if you need to make changes to an order, you just need to contact customer service in some way to do so. This can be done via messageaboards, email, or phone.
