Dear customer service team,
i tried several times to reach the My Downloads page today, but it is not working.
I get the "returning customer" screen and have to log in again and then I am redirected to this screen again
I tireid this from My Account and direct from the links on top of the page, I tried firefox and internet explorer - everytime the same problem.
Please help ;-)

Hi Iris,
We've been having problems with our Internet Service Provider, so access is currently inconsistent/sporadic.
If you are still have problems after that's all working again, I would recommend asking about this on the Website Feedback messageboards:
