Benefit(s): Whenever you make a successful charge attack while wielding a two-handed weapon in both hands, add two times your Strength bonus to the damage roll.
It specifies that you need to be holding the two handed weapon in both hands.
Also, it's a little shaky, but it's been noted that Greater Beast Totem (which is the primary way for a Barbarian to attain pounce) is very likely intended to only work with natural attacks. Of course this is a debate between RAW and RAI, but there it certainly fits the theme better than taking all these animalistic feats and suddenly saying "screw that, eat my greatsword".

Yeah, it just says you can make a full-attack at the end of a charge. There's literally nothing regarding what you can make those attacks with. There isn't even a fluff blurb that would give you RAI on the matter, and at this point they'd have FAQ'd/errata'd it if they intended it to do something other than what it says (especially since the APG came out 5 years ago).
Still, you are correct on the other part. Horn of the Criosphinx specifically only works if you're wielding the weapon in both hands.

If I remember correctly, a developer commented somewhere on it, but mentioned they wouldn't rework it because it would be such a huge hit to barbarians. Of course I can't find it right now, and this is the internet so I could absolutely be a liar, so *shrug*.
Regardless, in my games I limit greater beast totem's pounce to only natural attacks.

Edit: Ninja'd by Seranov. What he said.
To add on, though, it does specifically say "The weapon must be appropriately sized for her, and it is treated as one-handed when determining the effect of Power Attack, Strength bonus to damage, and the like."
For all intents and purposes and interactions, they are treated as one-handed weapons.
