Looking for an easy to read retraining's cost and Prestige Point table for PFS.

I've been having a hard time figuring this out,so should anyone has the summarized table of how much one must pay at X level to change feats, class, archetype, etc. Please link it here, for I'm happy to learn about it as we speak.

here is a nice summary about the retraining costs. Then for PFS you pay 1 PP for every day it takes to retrain.
