Another AP maybe a year or so down the line that explores more of the themes visited in 'distant worlds'.
In all probability paired with the 'Space Adventures Guide' (SAG) and other things.
Joking aside, I'd look forward to it actually as Eox and 'The Stranger' Are indeed interesting locations I've often thought about. There needs to be an explanation for why there's so much life in this one star system.

There are some interesting 3PP sci-fi/fantasy settings out there such as Between Chains and Starlight. The PDF is free from Onebookshelf.
Yes. Between Chains and Starlight is a wonderful setting. Now it just needs some more scenario support (or even an AP). :)
But, the market might not be there to support a Space Opera AP. :(

You're probably right. It's sad but I feel like as a hobby, we've regressed in being creative with different genres. Back I'm the eighties and nineties you had all kinds of game from post apocalyptic to space opera. Nowadays it seems like people just want the next Tolkien clone.
To be fair though, I only notice it when I'm on the Paizo or rpg.net forums. When I visit other forms like the fate or savage worlds forums, you see a wider audience more willing to try new things.

There appears to be something along these lines on the horizon, though not from Paizo:
"To Worlds Unknown" This scenario is a special, cooperative gaming event sponsored by Legendary Games as an introduction to the upcoming Legendary Planet Adventure Path developed by Neil Spicer. Kickstarting in the summer of 2015, be the first to get a closed-door look at this sweeping tale of high adventure in a sword-and-planet multiverse.
It sounds more like "John Carter of Mars" than "The Foundation Trilogy" or "The Uplift Saga", but pulp science fiction can be a lot of fun.
