I'm just going to leave this here.

I can not post for some reason. I have tried five times.

But what has Tor.com got against the poor people of Quebec?

Quebec laws make sweepstakes problematic or impossible. I can't recall the details. There used to be even more areas that had to be restricted in such contests, but these day's it's just Quebec.
