Bardic Abilities and Feats affecting Sneak Attack?

Rules Questions

Hello :)
As always when i got a question i ask this forum because they helped me do a Complete 180° with my Bard.

So here is my question:

Inspire Courage:
Inspire Courage (Su): A 1st level bard can use his performance to inspire courage in his allies (including himself), bolstering them against fear and improving their combat abilities. To be affected, an ally must be able to perceive the bard’s performance. An affected ally receives a +1 morale bonus on saving throws against charm and fear effects and a +1 competence bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls. At 5th level, and every six bard levels thereafter, this bonus increases by +1, to a maximum of +4 at 17th level. Inspire courage is a mind-affecting ability. inspire courage can use audible or visual components. The bard must choose which component to use when starting his performance.

Good Hope:
This spell instills powerful hope in the subjects. Each affected creature gains a +2 morale bonus on saving throws, attack rolls, ability checks, skill checks, and weapon damage rolls.

Discordant Voice:
Whenever you are using bardic performance to create a spell-like or supernatural effect, allies within 30 feet of you deal an extra 1d6 points of sonic damage with successful weapon attacks. This damage stacks with other energy damage a weapon might deal. Projectile weapons bestow this extra damage on their ammunition, but the extra damage is dealt only if the projectile hits a target within 30 feet of you.

affect the Damage of the Rogues Sneak Attack?

My Second question:

The Rogue in my Group uses 2 Weapons. Far as i understood it, everytime he flanks an enemy he can use Sneak Attack.

I think he can use 2, because he fights with 2 Weapons(?)

Now if i use the spell

Haste:
The transmuted creatures move and act more quickly than normal. This extra speed has several effects.

When making a full attack action, a hasted creature may make one extra attack with one natural or manufactured weapon. The attack is made using the creature's full base attack bonus, plus any modifiers appropriate to the situation. (This effect is not cumulative with similar effects, such as that provided by a speed weapon, nor does it actually grant an extra action, so you can't use it to cast a second spell or otherwise take an extra action in the round.)

A hasted creature gains a +1 bonus on attack rolls and a +1 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves. Any condition that makes you lose your Dexterity bonus to Armor Class (if any) also makes you lose dodge bonuses.

All of the hasted creature's modes of movement (including land movement, burrow, climb, fly, and swim) increase by 30 feet, to a maximum of twice the subject's normal speed using that form of movement. This increase counts as an enhancement bonus, and it affects the creature's jumping distance as normal for increased speed. Multiple haste effects don't stack. Haste dispels and counters slow.

on him, he should get a Third Attack, if he attacks with both his weapons.

Question: Will this Third attack provide him with an Additional Sneak Attack and will it gain Mali because of the 2 Weapon fighting?

Also will all my buffs apply to him? (Just to get sure he gets the full range of Heroism,Bard etc.)

Probably pretty newbie questions, but i try to get the max out of my Bard for my Allies..Hope you guys can help me!

Thank you in advance v_v *Bows*

Sneak attack is a damage booster all its own, outside of very specific things like the Sniper Googles wondrous item, nothing adds to its damage. Your buffs will however add to the attack damage of the rogue regardless of whether they sneak attack or not.

And yes, sneak attack applies to any eligible attack. So if the rogue were flanking with someone and they full-attacked, they would get sneak attack every time they hit. Including the extra hit from haste.

All the bonuses that you listed apply to every attack with a weapon he makes with each of his weapons.

Most buffs are applied to the character not the weapon.

The key to these abilities is they offer different bonus types. Most (not all) bonuses of the same type do not stack.

A bard is one of (if not the) best buffers available because their buffing action economy and diversity are so great. In one round they can buff their entire team with an extra attack increased movement, increased initiative, and substantial bonuses to hit, damage, skills, saves and ability checks.

So lets say you're level 5 and the rogue is level 5 as well.
The rogue normally attacks with his dagger at +6 for 1d4+2 and has 3d6 sneak attack if flanking.

On a full attack he makes two attacks at +4 one for 1d4+2(full str) and 1d4+1(half str) but each hit will deliver 3d6 sneak attack.

Haste adds another attack so he'd have three attacks at +5 2 for 1d4+2 and 1 for 1d4+1.

With your inspire courage his normal attack goes to +7 for 1d4+4 and 3d6 sneak attack.

With your good hope his normal attack goes to +7 for 1d4+4 and 3d6 sneak attack.

Together his normal attack goes to +9 for 1d4+6 and 3d6 sneak attack.

And discordant voice does 1d6 for every hit.

So all together the rogue who is flanking will have 3 attacks at +3 BAB, +3 weapon finesse, +2 flanking, +2 inspire courage, +2 good hope, +1 haste, -2 for TWF
for a total of +11 and two attacks will be at 1d4 +2 str, +2 inspire courage, +2 good hope, +3d6 sneak attack, +1d6 discordant voice for a total of 1d4+6+4d6 and one attack at 1d4+5+4d6
