GM registration for Origins 2015 is live! Please go to Origins GM Application to sign up. 4 GM slots will earn you a badge while 7 GM slots will earn you a badge and 1/4 hotel room or a parking pass.
Origins is taking place from Wednesday June 3rd through Sunday June 7th. We've worked hard on the schedule to provide both current and core campaign options and plumbed the depths of the scenario catalog from season 0 through 7 to find the best that society has to offer! We are planning to run over 300 table across 100+ scenarios/modules/APs and we want you! (to GM)
During 2015 we will be offering as many of the con special scenarios as we can (core Bonekeep anyone?) and will be running the Pathfinder Society Special: Legacy of the Stonelords on Saturday night.
In 2013 Sheila Heidmarch visited Columbus and sent pathfinders on a Race for the Runecarved Key, this year she will be back and has promised to bring another much loved Venture Captain with her to help send adventurers to receive their just rewards and contribute to the mayhem!

Argh!, we don't have a firm cut off for GM sign up, we will take sign ups until all of the slots are filled.
If you know a couple slots you would like to GM now, please go ahead and sign up. We can always add more slots later as your schedule firms up.
By signing for when you are free now, we can also go ahead and let you know your scenarios so you can prep at your leisure.
If you have any questions, please reach out to me at: pfsluke@gmail.com
I look forward to seeing you all there!

(Make sure you have the latest version of the event grid. Some events got renumbered at some point.)
I'm not going by the event grid. I'm basing it off the Origins Event Registration page:
https://gama.eventready.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=reg.page&page_id=9
Searching the 7 PM slot on any day of the convention only turns up Core events.

GAMA's search function is extremely glitchy. I had the same issue as Jason did, but finally found a work around. Don't limit by time slot, or by date, but just search all RPG for Pathfinder. It came up with 13 pages of choices (including the special).
I don't know what exactly their search function doesn't see when you're selecting for a specific date or time, but it truncates a LOT of options when you narrow your search down via those methods.
Hope this helps.

BTW, I just submitted my availability for Origins yesterday (didn't know until yesterday if I could attend!)
So, put me to work, Ohio people!
Mark, I saw your app last night and have a tentative schedule put together for you, just want to touch base with the VC tonight and then will get it over to you. No worries, we'll keep you busy!

Some questions.
When will the slots for the adventure card game be announced?
Why is the last slot of the ACG 6pm and not 8pm? Since it doesn't run as late as the RPGs, it feels like it's a little bit of a waste of time if my night ends at 8pm.
Can the Midnight Mirror module really be finished in 5 hours?
What hotel do people consider the best? The Hyatt? I think I was at the Hyatt last time and it was literally a 2 minute walk from my room to the Pathfinder area, which was amazing.
Lastly, does anyone need a roommate? Seems like everything is booked up.

Can't answer when they'll be announced, but last year all the ACG was done in the dealer hall which closed earlier than the PFS room. This was before the actual launch of the OP situation, so it may change this year, but that could be a limiting factor on timing.
Midnight Mirror in 5 would be hard pressed...I ran it at Origins in '13 and it took every bit of the 2 slots I was allotted. It was 100% roleplay the first 3 1/2 hours...
I haven't stayed at the Hyatt yet (Hilton and Drury), but the Drury is where I'd prefer to stay given a choice. The free breakfast and early evening snack/dinner and drinks is hard to pass up when gaming on a budget. It was a little further than the Hyatt, but it was still convenient just being across the food court in the convention hall.

Kevin is correct about the hall closing earlier. 8pm is when the booths are to close so the ACG will have a last time slot of 6pm on those days. The PFS room is in the Hyatt so we are under no time restraints. As for Midnight Mirror, that should be a double slot event. We will look into that and get it corrected. Please see below for the ACG slots. There will be 5 tables with 1 set aside for demos.
Slot 1: Wednesday 10:00am
Slot 2: Wednesday 12:00pm
Slot 3: Wednesday 2:00pm
Slot 4: Wednesday 4:00pm
Slot 5: Wednesday 6:00pm
Slot 6: Thursday 10:00am
Slot 7: Thursday 12:00pm
Slot 8: Thursday 2:00pm
Slot 9: Thursday 4:00pm
Slot 10: Thursday 6:00pm
Slot 11: Friday 10:00am
Slot 12: Friday 12:00pm
Slot 13: Friday 2:00pm
Slot 14: Friday 4:00pm
Slot 15: Friday 6:00pm
Slot 16: Saturday 10:00am
Slot 17: Saturday 12:00pm
Slot 18: Saturday 2:00pm

Just an FYI, there's a problem with the registration system, a lot of games aren't showing up when I do a search on a specific day.
For example, pretend I wanted to register for "Beacon Below" on Thursday at 7pm. You'll get different results depending on how you search.
1) The most common option is to filter the view for "pathfinder" on Thursday (no time filter). Beacon and none of your non-core events that start at 7pm are returned.
2) Filter the view for "pathfinder" on Thursday for games after 6pm. Only core games are returned.
3) Filter the view for "beacon" on Thursday. Nothing is returned.
4) Filter the view for "beacon" on all days. All 3 "Beacon Below" events are returned, including Thursday night.
I imagine that's why there's a lot of open tables. I didn't try any searches beyond this. Since the core events are working correctly, I'm guessing there's a difference between them and non-core events.

Hi all,
Just a quick update, we could still use GMs during the following slots:
Slot 5: Thursday 7:00pm
Slot 6: Friday 8:00am
Slot 7: Friday 1:30pm
Slot 8: Friday 7:00pm
Slot 9: Saturday 8:00am
Slot 10: Saturday 1:30pm
Slot 11: Saturday 7:00pm
Not too many tables left and all it takes is GMing 4 tables to get your complementary badge.

Had a great time as always, and just starting to get back to a normal sleep balance. My voice is still a little hoarse, but much better than it was yesterday.
Great job Michael and crew on organizing and running this. Definitely planning on seeing you next year...but probably won't run 11 in a row again ;)

That's another Origins in the bag. A big thanks to everyone who played and ran games!
Y'all did a great job with the con organization of the PFS events this year. I got to catch up with a few friends, play with some good DMs, and (minus a stomach bug I picked up the last day) generally have fun the whole weekend. Thanks to all!
Or as Pops (my oldest, grumpiest PC) would say..."At least you tar-headed fools weren't a COMPLETE waste of time!"
