how do i join an online campaign?

It would really help me if you can explain
I'm kinda new to this

The basics are simple:

1) Go to the Recruitment section of this forum. LINK HERE
2) Find a Recruitment thread for a campaign that you would be interested in participating in.
3) Read all the DMs posts. Normally the first post or two describe what he is looking for, including character generation, requirements, etc. Also, further posts may clarify some rules, or you may find that he has chosen the group already, and in that case go back to step 1.
4) Submit a character, in the Recruitment thread, that meets the requirements that the DM is asking for.
5) The really hard part, wait till the DM selects the players.

ps. This is sort-of assuming a Play by Post (PbP) campaign. There are others that are also advertised here.

In the Recruitment thread, just add the character, behind a spoiler, to the thread.

Look at THIS THREAD, which is one of my campaign recruitment threads and see how folks submit characters, ask questions, etc.

Below the box where you write your text that gets posted is a "button" that has "show" in it, and to the left is "How to format your text". Click on that button and it has all the commands that you can use.

spoiler is just one of them.
