Invisibility and Wall spells

Rules Questions

Would casting a wall spell end invisibility? Specifically "Wall of Fire" but I suppose extrapolating to all wall spells might not be too far off.

Invis caster places the wall going through a foe seems to remove invisibility... What is I place it in front of the foe? Or as a circle/dome?

Invisibility breaks on attack and states in the spell

For purposes of this spell, an attack includes any spell targeting a foe or whose area or effect includes a foe.

So I would say Wall of Fire will not break invisibility if there is no enemy near enough to take damage from it when you cast it. If an enemy later walks close enough to take damage from the wall, you are still invisible.

edit: About casting Wall of Fire in a circle, as long as you can make it big enough that the target is in the center and >20ft from the wall of fire(thus not taking any damage yet) it would not break invisibility.

You can't place the wall where someone is standing unless it is something like wall of fire. In that case I would say it is an attack
