I am currently a Holy Tactician in the Jade Regent campaign. I took Precise Strike as my first teamwork feat and have been giving it to my allies at the beginning of days. We've only had a few sessions at level 3 and my DM has been unsettled by the feat. Combining this feat with out Ninja, whenever we flank an opponent, our ninja does 3d6 precision damage at level 3. Our DM thinks that this is broken and he has decided to restrict the use of Battlefield Presence to 3 times a day, plus charisma mod, and it will last 1/min per level. I do agree that this combination is very overpowered (precise strike and ninja's sneak attack), but I was wishing to get other's opinions and suggestions on this.
Thanks for your time.

Yeah, that's pretty much nothing. A level 1 full BAB character with a Greatsword, Power Attack, and 18 Strength is dropping 2d6+9 (16 average) damage per swing, so, a ninja with, what, some kind of 1d6 weapon? Maybe with +2 damage? Dealing 4d6+2 (16 average) at level 3 is pretty underwhelming. I see no need to nerf this.
Precise Strike isn't even that great a Teamwork feat. Even Outflank strikes me as better overall. Just wait until later when you can qualify for stuff like Coordinated Charge or Broken Wing/Wounded Paw Gambit. Those are truly awesome.
