PFS alchemist, does grenadier negate extra bombs at 1st lvl?

Hey, a quick question i couldn't find for some reason.

Someone pointed out that PFS alchemists receive the feat 'Extra Bombs', replacing Brew Potion.

The grenadier archetype's 'Martial Weapon Proficiency' replaces brew potion as well.

Does this negate the extra bombs?

Yes.

Don't worry about it though. You can craft stuff like Acid flasks very cheaply, and at low levels those are just as good as bombs. In practice running out of bombs is extremely rare until you get Fast Bombs.
