Sanctuary of Shelyn in Korvosa

Are there any named characters, or any details about the Shelynite church in Korvosa printed anywhere? It seems to be the only Shelynite presence of any sort in all of Varisia, yet I can't find so much as a single NPC who has anything to do with it.

There's also the Sandpoint Cathedral and Windsong Abbey (though those are ecumenical churches).

There are no named NPCs associated with the temple of Shelyn in Guide to Korvosa.

For my Korvosa-based, non-Crimson Throne campaign, I designed a character named Ellandra Velloria as the high priest of Shelyn in Korvosa. She is a half-elven bard 5/cleric 3/mystic theurge 3. Here's her write up at my campaign site. So far, I haven't had the need to fully stat her up.

My high priestess was called Soora, a human cleric 9, and her only follower was Rober, a cleric 4, beyond the PC gnome sorcerer who worshiped Shelyn. Rober was the rival of the PC, of course.
