RAW, with an intelligence of 3, your animal companion can take any feat it is physically capable of using, which I would assume extends to any trait they are capable of using through the Additional Traits feat. Talk with your GM, though; they get the final say on what feats/traits are appropriate for an animal companion.

Unless there is another trait you desperately want, getting additional traits just for armor expert is a waste in combination with a mithral chainshirt.
Mithral Chainshirt doesn't have an ACP so you don't need the trait for that.
Mithral Breastplate on the other hand has 1 ACP left, which would be reduced to 0 with armor expert, and this way you'd save 2 feats (light and medium armor proficiency) and can use the other trait for something that the animal companion qualifies for.

Some traits make more sense for an animal companion. Armor Expert seems completely reasonable... Divine Courtesan? Not so much.

Unstable Mutagen seems to modify your already existing Mutagen. The Rest is fine RAW I guess.
