Ok so I have a way to make a character basically permanently Huge, or Huge with the ability to go Medium sized for however long they want.
What are the pros and cons of being a Huge sized creature? For both Melee and Spellcasting I would like to know before I invest the time and energy into working up a build.

See here, for starters
Pros:
- +8 Strength bonus (based on polymorph adjustments)
- +4 Constitution bonus
- +2 CMB and CMD
- 15 ft natural reach
- Able to wield huge weapons for massive damage
Cons:
- -4 Dexterity penalty
- -2 attacks and AC (net: +2 str-based, -4 dex-based, -4 AC)
- -4 Fly, -8 Stealth
- Difficulty fitting in many indoor or underground spaces.
It's a pretty good deal for a melee character, though you do become a lot easier to hit. It's a bad idea for focused caster because you don't get anything that helps with spellcasting.

Thank you.
The race I am thinking of using have the following scores
Str 8, Dex 10, Con 9, Int 11, Wis 12, Cha 13 (Base Scores)
Str 20. Dex 11, Con 18, Int 13, Wis 16, Cha 13 (Creatures Scores)
Str +12, Con +8, Int +2, Wis +4
They are a huge race; They can take on a medium sized human form as a Full Round action.

If you can transform to medium (and your gear changes size too) when the terrain is against you, or you want to use stealth, then you really have the best of both worlds. You're a much better melee combatant at the price of a small reduction in AC / Reflex / Initiative. Using your reach to trip enemies as they approach would be an effective tactic. If you were a caster, reach would also be useful for Touch spells.

Also intimidate skill states that if you're larger than the target, you get a bonus to intimidate said target.
Modifiers Size: You gain a +4 bonus on Intimidate checks if you are larger than your target, and a –4 penalty on Intimidate checks if you are smaller than your target.
