Today I tried to purchase 2 items and put 1 on the wishlist for later and it said my card was declined, ok it's a card I had before I moved so I put in my old address to see if that was the error and it was declined again. Odd so I check my account and saw 3 charges on it 2 for the 2 items plus the wishlist item and 1 for the 2 items I wanted. I tried calling but it's Saturday so nothing. This is a royal screw over to me and my family. I would like to get this resolved because I love the product but this is not a situation to be in

Most liky you were only charged once the other two are most likly authorizations. The issue was most likly that your billing address on the card not exactly like the billing address you put into the system.....
For the authorizations see thier FAQ here

Hello Oakbreaker,
I've taken a look into your account, and it seems that what you're seeing are indeed just authorizations that could not go through because of an Address Verification problem. I have issued authorization reversal requests to your bank, so those funds should be returned shortly, but it is up to your bank how quickly they process those.
I saw that you emailed us as well, so I will go ahead and respond to your email to figure out the issue with your address. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to help!
Thanks

It does seem kind of odd that the authorization will go through and impact his account, yet the final charge won't.
Is it possible there's a misconfiguration in the authorization code that uses a less restrictive algorithm than the actual charge code?
Because if the authorization posts, then I'd expect the charge to post too.

In these situations, what that typically means is that the bank was willing to accept the charge but our credit card processor would not let it go through. So the bank puts a hold on the money, but we can't finalize it on our end because the processor says no. It is particularly picky about billing addresses, so always make sure to double check your info, folks! :)
