Is there a way to craft a telepathy crystal ball with a PC race?

I ask because there is no spell for telepathy, and I was wondering how a PC using only paizo legal player races could craft a telepathy crystal ball, as it is a monster ability.

You can bypass the requirement by taking +5 to the crafting DC.

There's also telepathic bond. I was just looking for telepathic spells half an hour ago so I could make a snarky remark at someone for saying something out-of-character that could have been in-character.
