For some reason I'm not getting the 75% off the case promo despite being a subscriber. Additionally it looks as though the two products are being shipped separately is this the case and will I be charged for both shipments?

I have made sure it shows the correct price for the case promo on our end. So the prices should be correct. When you get the authorization email when the order is getting ready to ship let me know if it shows up incorrectly on that.
The shipping total you see is for both packages. But yes, the case will ship separately. The case packaging is such that the case just ships as is instead of needing to be boxed up. There is also no shipping option available to us where the two can go together in one package. So what you will see when you are charged is one charge for each package as they are scanned out of the warehouse which add up to the shipping total you see.
