Time Stop and Bardic Performance

Rules Questions

This masterpiece is great, but not absolutely understandable.

When my bard performs this song for 3 rounds - all, who hears the performance are stunned, for example, pack of skeletons fail they s.t.
What about new skeletons, that raise in this room? Do they need to hear the performance for next 3 rounds to be stunned/staggered, or do they make saving throw at moment of hearing?

Where is magic and when it starts?

I asked this question couple months ago, about antimagic field. There was decided, that magic needs to be in bard for that 3 rounds of performing, so he can not be in antimagic field.

What about time stop (mythic)? Can bard perfotm the song for 3 rounds in time stop, and than it effects all evil creatures around?

What is THE NATURE of this 3 rounds? A "running start" for bardic magic, or a complicated special effect, that needs 3 round of hearing to take place?

If second is true - this highlevel masterpiece seems to be almost useless.

Thanks for answers!

And one more question: can a caster borrow some enemies with him using mythic time stop, and what saving throw is it? :)

Anybody?

Nobody knows the answer? :(

Time doesn't actually stop. You just move really, really fast. I don't know why more than a single round of performance would be spent for the entire time stopped duration.

1) Wait a day before bumping your own threads. Many people are not hanging out here 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

2) No idea about mythic time stop.

3) Yes, it takes 3 full rounds to perform this masterpiece before any effects kick in. That's what "Action: 3 full rounds" means.

4) It takes effect at the moment of completion. Note that it's an area effect save-or-be-incapacitated; it's very powerful. But like most masterpieces, it takes time to get off, so you want to think carefully about how you arrange it happening... maybe you fascinate people and then start this one going?

Em.. I'm not clear in 3)...

So, if I use 3 round for performing in time stop, it WILL affect creatures around after time stop ends?

And what about those enemies, who entered the battle later?

Scarab Sages

Tonyz 3) has nothing to do with time stop, because 2) says he has no idea. I would rule that creatures who were unable to hear your song would, upon hearing your song, require 3 rounds before they were affected.

As for time stop, they need to hear it for 3 rounds. Your time stop, assuming your didn't choose to affect the enemies with it means they have only hear your singing for the space of a round. It "affects creatures normally" only after the time stop drops.

OK, tonyz said, that masterpiece takes effect AT MOMENT OF COMPLETION, but you think, that creatures need to hear the performance for three rounds.

Maybe, there is a RAW about such abilities, that needs two or more rounds for effect?

For example, I think it needs 3 rounds for bard to "take a running start", not to make them hear it for 3 rounds, because after that you need only free action to maintain the conditions.
