In my shopping cart I have:

Freeport: City of Adventure Hardover
Melee tactics toolbox
All three of these should be shipping in late March to mid April, so I wanted to ship them together. When I go to check out though it separates all three into three separate shipments and doesn't give me the 10$ shipping discount for having a >100$ order.
What do I do?
If I remember correctly, the $10 shipping discount doesn't apply to third party preorders since there's so many variables paizo can't control and they may not discover a product is behind schedule until it's too late to do anything about it.
The best you can do is wait until they're all available and order them as a batch then (although that runs the risk of them going out of stock).
It's a little messy, but you could also subscribe to the player companion line starting with the melee tactics toolbox, then immediately ask to have the sub suspended, then preorder the two third party items, sending them to your sidecart to ship with a future subscription, and then wait until they were both available before having your subscription unsuspended...okay, nobody's going to do that, but I think it would achieve what you want, provided you don't have any other paizo subscriptions.
If I did that cumbersome thing would a helpful Paizo staffer help me out? :)
Interesting...I thought there was supposed to be an option to set everything to wait and shipping together, but I'm not see that on the customer side at this time. That may take some looking into.
If you would like, I should be able to submit it all from my side, and set it so that everything will wait to ship together, which should allow the First Ten shipping discount to work. Just let me know if you would like that done.

From your side - select which payment method you would like set to it (it won't finalize the charge until it's processed for shipping) and then let me know when you are ready for me to poke it.

Every single one of those is actually a birthday gift. One for my best friend who's really done some nice things for me this year, like paying for some significant car repairs when I was in a slump. His favorite 3.5 book was Privateer Presses Five Finger campaign supplement, which has many similarities to Freeport. One is for his little 2 year old since the little guy is such an important part of my friend's life. The last is for another friend with a May birthday that loves everything melee and fightan related.
It was expensive, but worth it, since these guys are so important to me.
