PFS reporting - cannot delete

I have a character that I have reported incorrectly, but when I go to delete the report the website comes up with an error message. Ok, I said to myself, how about deleting the whole game and re-reporting. Can't do that either.

So how do I delete a character that has been reported under the wrong game?

Can you provide the character and session that you are having problems separating? Have you tried editing the session in question and simply removing the incorrectly-listed character?

The character name is Zuril. The session is Master of the Fallen Fortress, session #58 of Event #818.

I have tried:

- Editing the seesion/character and using the delete button that appears next to the character to delete the character.
- Selecting the Delete Session button to delete the entire session.
- Deleting the character's details in the session, and then selecting the Delete button.
- Deleting the character details in the session and selecting Save Session.

All of which ended with the Failure screen, which I have emailed to you for your joy and fun.

I'm looking into this as well, though I have not received your e-mail. It's not strictly required as I'm able to replicate your issue, however, feel free to send it if you still have it.

This is fixed internally and is planned to be rolled out with the next release.

Do we have a approximate date for the next release?

I will, as a general rule, never give out a date for a release. While I can liberally baste it with "this is planned, not real" someone, somewhere will take it as the word of Iomedae. Then if it slips for some reason (generally because we found an issue and we would rather fix it than launch with it broken) things get unfortunate.

That said, what I can say is that the release containing that fix is currently in QA, so we're most likely talking days/weeks, not weeks/months.
