What feats, traits, and general build advice for high Wisdom(20) Druid?

Advice

Here's what we got. Garuda-blooded Aasimar. After racial bonus:

Wisdom 20
Strength 7
Constitution 14
everything else = 10

Vanilla Druid, no archetypes allowed. Prestige class maybe (though I don't see any worthwhile). I must take Wind Domain and no Augment Summoning feat(!).

Start at level 1 and probably go to 14th or so. Rest of party unknown. any and all Paizo published material ok within the bounds set above.

These are written in stone by GM fiat.

Traits:I'm thinking of Magical Lineage and Reactionary, we get two. Maybe M.L. twice, if that's even legal.

Feats: Besides the near obligatory Natural Spell at 5th, I'm thinking Improved Initiative and the rest metamagic (Rime(?), Dazing, Extend)and Spell Penetration for later levels. Since we don't have Aug. summoning, it frees up possible create Rod feat.

General Strategy and Tactics: The classic wild shape into tiny flying thing and battlefield control and/or blast.

So I'm looking for advice for any of those above categories, particularly as I'm pretty much in the dark as to most of the non-core material out there.

Liberty's Edge

Planar Wildshape is a good feat, as is Divine Interference.

Oh and you can only take Magical Lineage once, but Wayang Spellhunter (aka Metamagic Master) does almost the exact same thing.

If you make it to 15th level, Spell Perfection is always solid.

If try pushing your Dex up some if you can (but not at the expense of con).

Scarab Sages

A monk dip would be very attractive for the AC boost. Especially if you can go sensei for wis to hit and inspire courage as well, although it would delay spell access.

Grand Lodge

I like the idea of dazing thunder clouds. =] seems fun.

You can stack wayang and magical lineage and have dazing thunder clouds as 3rd level spell.
This blasts and controls the battlefield. Zipping it around to daze new targets. This can be accomplished by level 5.

1:improved initative
3:dazing spell
5: natural spell
7: empower spell
9: spell penetration
11: spell focus- evocation
13: quicken spell
15: spell perfection

I would switch cha and str. Cha is your dump stat. Str at a 10 still can make some forms half decent in combat if need be. Flexiblity and versitility

...really helpful stuff...

I'm gonna keep that advice on file. Thanks. Dazing Spell feat seems like it was made for this stat array/package.
