Caster Level and Spell Like Abilities

Does an Orange Prism change the CL of a racial Spell Like ability? Thus a gnome with the stone would be at HD+1 for it's Produce Flame?

On a side note, do I have to specify which Caster Level the Ioun Stone enhances, or does it enhance all of them? (multiclass wizard/cleric for example)

Related question: Since a Gnome with Produce Flame (via Pryomaniac) has a +1 CL on any Fire spell, does that also apply to the racial Produce Flame?

Yes, it does. Everything that affects spells affects SLAs, except metamagic feats and anything to do with spell slots. But it doesn't matter (much) for the kineticist, because his abilities run off class level, not caster level. Still provides +1 to beat SR with fire blast, though.

The stonesinger and pyromaniac alternate racial traits both use the phrasing " are treated as one level higher" when casting. So, they might affect level-dependent kineticist abilities if using a spell-like ability is considered casting. A lot of abilities use the phrasing "you can cast X as a spell-like ability"
