i have got 38 pdf in my shopping cart but i can not check out.
I am redirected to "returning customer" to type my password again, then a long time nothing happens (white screen, loading symbol is running), then i am back to the mainpage
please help

Hello Iris,
Thank you for letting us know. I suspect that the issue is due to the size of the order. Sometimes with large orders the website times out. I have pushed the order through on my end so all of the PDFs should be available to download. You should be receiving an email confirmation.

Thank you - i will remember this for future orders.
But now i can not log in to my downloads - every time i try this i get the "returning customer" screen, have to type the password again and then i am redirected to the same screen to do it again
I guess there is some other problem with my account

I tried again to log in to my Downloads and now it is working again !
