I don't know that there's a hard and fast rule for this. Actually, I'm pretty sure there isn't. So the best we can do is compare to known items that grant feats and speculate about the rest, so my answer goes way far afield of "Rules Questions" and is much more like "Advice".
The Dark Blue Rhomboid Ioun Stone grants a single feat (Alertness) to the wearer for 10,000gp.
Hunter Tactics grants many feats, and arguably, most of them are much better than Alertness. Even better, the hunter can simply swap out a Teamwork feat for any other Teamwork feat which would then apply to the person wearing this amulet, so it essentially allows the wearer access to EVERY Teamwork feat.
The hunter automatically gets 6 Teamwork feats by level 18, but would be able to learn more Teamwork feats through his normal feat progression, so could potentially have 16 Teamwork feats by level 20.
And the person wearing this amulet has access to all of them simultaneously.
That's a lot. A HUGE lot.
If it has unlimited range and unlimited use, this item is unbelievably powerful.
So, I would advise against this item in the first place. It could get very overpowered, very quickly.
If you insist on creating it, it should probably have limitations. Like it can only be used three times per day and each use lasts only 1 minute.
Even better, it should probably be limited to just one feat. for example, a Hunter's Amulet of Outflank that allows the wearer to benefit from Hunter Tactics with any ally hunter who has the Outflank feat.
If you limit it to one specific Teamwork feat, it should cost about as much as the Ioun Stone: 10,000gp. The fact that the user must work with a Hunter is a big limitation that offsets the fact that most of the good teamwork feats are better than Alertness.
If it is not a specific feat (the wearer can specify any one Teamwork feat his Hunter friend can share) then I would double the price. 20,000. This increased price represents the fact that the amulet could literally grant access to EVERY Teamwork feat. That's a lot of flexibility and it should cost a lot.
For each additional feat, add another 10,000 or 20,000. If there is no limit, then this item should cost a ton of cash, well into 6 figures.
Maybe do this:
Lesser Hunter's Amulet: 40,000gp, allows up to 2 feats at any one time.
Hunter's Amulet: 80,000gp, allows up to 4 feats at any one time.
Greater Hunter's Amulet: 120,000gp, allows up to 6 feats at any one time.
Finally, you mentioned a range limit of 30'. That's not much of a limitation since most of the feats require close teamwork anyway, but maybe I'd allow a 10% discount for the limitation, especially if you throw in Line of Effect (so it won't work around corners or through doors, etc.).

DM_Blake, the request was for an amulet a Hunter can wear to share his teamwork feats with all allies, not an amulet an ally can wear to share the Hunter's teamwork feats.
Also the ioun stone is at double cost due to being slotless, so an amulet functioning as you describe should cost roughly half of those estimates.
I'm not sure what the price would be but it should be expensive.
Horsemaster's Saddle for example lets you share teamwork feats with only your mount, which also limits the teamwork feats you can effectively share (for example, you can't flank with your mount so things like Outflank would be difficult).
Ring of tactical precision only allows sharing one teamwork feat.
Both have other benefits but the limited feat sharing is probably a good chunk of their 11-12K price. Sharing all your feats with all your allies should cost many times that.
