Apologies for the possibly stupid question, but how do I see my Sidecart?

I thought I had an order for the Strategy Guide pending, but can't see it in My Orders page.

Am I missing something obvious?

Hi Jim,

You can view your sidecart on the My Account page. It is in the right column, above the "My Subscriptions" section. It only shows up if there are actually items in the sidecart.

I've looked around on your account, and I don't see a pre-order for the Strategy Guide hiding anywhere, just to verify that.

Hmmm. Could have sworn....

Did find a related problem though. Order 3469273 which I made on 18/02 had iconic heroes #1 in it. The emails I have about the order (which I can forward back to you) has the item paid for and in my sidecart but no longer appears on my accounts page?

Thanks for bringing that one to our attention. It looks like it was floating around in limbo, instead of going all the way to the sidecart.

And finding it also helped me find the Strategy Guide, which was in a similar level of limbo.

I have wrestled with the goblins, and made them let go of these so I could get them over to your sidecart.
