Technically no. It is not a bow or crossbow. To my knowledge there is not a version for guns.

However, once you reach level 6 it is unlikely that you would want to use this anyways since your damage bonus from a high int is going to outweigh the extra damage of making iterative attacks. Heck depending on the int modifier even Vital Strike might provide more damage than this would, with less limitation.

So you might consider allowing it if you are the GM.
