I was reading the new Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Belkzen, Hold of the Orc Hordes and I noticed this item. The tusk blade, pg#39. They are fitted to a gore attack allowing "the attack deals both piercing and slashing damage", and Crits on "19–20 (this range can be increased by other effects). Tusk blades can be enhanced as melee weapons; the enhancement is applied to the creature’s gore attack."

Now the only PC race that can normally get a gore is a skinwalker (Ragebred). So here is my question:
#1 take a skinwalker (Ragebred) monk.
#2 add a tusk blade
#3 add Feral Combat Training (gore).
This would seem to allow me to flurry with my gore dealing my unarmed damage, have a crit of 19-20 and the ability to enchant the gore without having to snag the an overpriced Amulet of Mighty Fists. Does anyone see a reason this wouldn't work? I want to make sure I'm not missing something. If it works, I may have found a new toy for my (monk, brawler, Sacred Fist).

It's listed as Animal Gear; I think you'd need a really understanding GM to use that one.
I think that's a pretty easy one. Being in the animal section doesn't limit it to animals. For instance a Whet bone should be usable to anyone with a bite. Any druid can use barding. This kind of thing just ends up in that section because natural attacks are listed in the bestiary and the assumption is that 'normal' PC don't have them. Plus there are items for people on the list like Falconry gauntlets.
But thank you for bringing it up. I don't think it'll be an issue for me but other might so it's good to put it out there. It's like PFS's ban on bestiary feats. I don't know a GM that'd bat an eye at someone using a feat from there if you qualify for them (like improved natural attack and having one) but it's important for PFS.

Other ways to get a gore attack:
Spells:
Baphomet's Blessing, Inner Sea Gods 229
Items:
Crown of Horns, 20k gp, PF#74 Sword of Valor
Class:
Wizard School - Transmutation (Shapechange)
Oracle Mystery - Lunar (Gift of Claw and Horn)
Barbarian - Fiend Totem, Lesser
Druid - Boar Shaman
Summoner - Blood God Disciple archetype (used with the gore evolution eventually)

Thanks for the list Kadance. I also noticed that the Beaststrike Club can also change into a gore attack. Now I wonder if I can transform the club into a gore attack then attach Tusk blades for the P and S + crit on 19-20. It would make an interesting feral combat character that uses that club for it's attacks and it'd be slightly cheaper than the helm.
