It depends. First, note there are 3 different versions of Valeros:
Rise of the Runelords Valeros
Skull and Shackles Valeros
Fighter Class Deck Valeros
The Valeros card from Rise of the Runelords should match the Rise of the Runelords Character Sheet, while the Valeros card from Skull and Shackles should match the Skull and Shackles Character Sheet, and the Valeros card from the fighter Class Deck should match the Class Deck Character Sheet.
If you are just now discovering for the first time that there are 3 different versions, then use the sheet that matches the version of the card you have.
If you have discovered a difference from the card to the corresponding character sheet from the same product, it is a typo on the sheet, so use the card. (And post what the mistake is so the character sheet can be corrected.)

I have the Rise of the Runelords Base Set
I downloaded the sheets from this site to have copies to write on.
The differences are:
Card Deck: Dexterity d8 Sheet: d6
Card Deck: Constitution d8 Sheet: d8 and Fortitude: Con. +1
Card Deck: Charisma d6 and +1 +2 Diplomacy: Charisma +2
Sheet: Charisma d8 and +1 +2 +3 Diplomacy: Charisma +3
Card Deck: Hand Size 4 5 6 Sheet: Hand Size 4 5
Card Deck: Add 1d4 +1 +2 to another character's combat check at your location.
Sheet: Reveal an ally from your hand to add 1d6 +1 +2 to combat check by another character at your location.
Card Deck: When you play a weapon, you may recharge it instead of discarding it.
Sheet: When you would discard a weapon for its power, you may recharge it ( or shuffle it into your deck) instead.
Card Deck and Sheet different on card list on back.

Yeah. That is character sheet for Fighter Class Deck Valeros. Valeros represents for Paizo what an iconic fighter would look like. Hence, when they want to include a fighter in the game, his name will be Valeros. He will be pretty similar to the other fighters named Valeros that have come before him, but with slightly different skills powers and card lists, and totally different roles.
Go to My Downloads. Search for "Community Use Package: Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Character Sheets", but look right after that name. It will say either Class Deck, Skull and Shackles, or Rise of the Runelords. Click the one that says "Rise of the Runelords" and that will have the Valeros you want.

Thanks for responding. New to this game and the site, so having a little difficulty navigating.
Found the correct download sheets which match my cards. Did not know there were differences.
Thanks for your fast response and help.
Ignore, all of the "typing" I did on my last post.
Have a great night!

Also, in addition to what Hawkmoon said, the PDFs tend to get updated with FAQ and errata every now and then, so in most cases the PDF should be what you use. However, I don't think Valeros has had any updates, so as he said, if there are differences between Valeros' card and the PDF, it might be a typo.

In other words, a cardboard Dread Pirate Roberts.
