1. You use Leather armour yet you don't have enough Dex to reach the Max. Trade it for Chain Shirt or medium armour.
2. You have Life of Toil but, as a fighter, Fort is a strong save for you already. You might want to get a boost to Will saves instead.
3. If you want to Stealth, you should get the trait that makes it a class skill and give you +1... Same benefit as your current trait, but always active.
4. You don't need Dodge as much as you need Precise Shot, Deadly Aim, Exceptional Pull, or Weapon Focus.
5. Are you taking an archetype, like Archer?
6. You want to fix those Will saves stat. Iron Will, Steadfast Personality, you want those.
7. That guys face is silly.
