Your best bet is finding a red or gold dragon and killing it and then skinning it.
Out of curiosity, what are you using it for?
I am crafting a top hat that has a reusable fire spell on it and it is full of explosives, I keep my food, poisoned liquid blades, and I plan to keep a bag of holding in there too.
I want the bag of holding to survive any accidental explosions so the bag of holding needs to be crafted from a special material.
I took a look at asbestos and it is not actually ungodly expensive and since it negates all fire damage done to it I will use that.
