When a wizard wearing a +1 Flaming Amulet of Mighty Fists and uses shocking grasp, does he:
1. Get a +1 enhancement bonus to the attack from the amulet?
2. Deal an extra 1d6 fire damage because of the flaming property?
I would say no to the flaming, but all it requires is a successful hit... not even successful damage. So it's got me thinking.
Finally, can a rogue deal sneak attack damage using melee touch attacks (that deal no damage, have no magic, etc...)?

You do not gain the bonuses from Amulet of mighty fists on your touch attacks, however you can deliver touch spells through an unarmed attack. Witch your shocking grasp example this becomes a viable option. If you think their AC is only 5 higher than their touch AC than the +4 from shocking grasp and the +1 from amulet brings you to the same as touch. You still provoke an attack of opportunity if you don't have the improved unarmed strike feat but if you know for sure his AC is only 2 or 3 higher than his touch AC it might be worth it to provoke just for that extra 2 or 3 bonus to hit sweetened by the flaming damage from mighty fists.
As for a rogue if sneak attack is dealt on an attack that deals lethal damage it deals lethal damage, if sneak attack is on an attack that deals non lethal damage it deals non lethal damage, If it is on an attack that deals no damage (as in no weapon damage, a touch attack has no damage on it's own) than the sneak attack deals no damage. Or in other words, it deals damage, just it deals 0 damage.
