I'm putting together a players guide for a Kaer Maga campaign. I was hoping to give my players a taste of the city with some short fiction. Anybody know of any web fiction (or... fan-fic) that I could include as optional reading?
There is not any Web Fiction that is set in Kaer Maga yet.
The Redemption Engine starts in Kaer Maga, but that's a novel.
It's been so long since I read Pathfinder Chronicler 1 that I don't remember if there is a story set in Kaer Maga. I am pretty sure that there is not one in Chronicler 2 and I have not had time to read Chronicler 3 yet.
I DISNTICTLY remember reading a story where the characters consult a Troll Augur, but I cannot for the life of me, remember what story or book it was in.

Thanks Itchy. I loved The Redemption Engine, but as you say, that's a novel rather than a short story. The short story in AP #3 is perfect--Eando Kline visits Kaer Maga. I think I will have to direct my players there.

Yeah, the journal from Pathfinder Adventure Path #3 was actually where I created a lot of Kaer Maga—before that, I'd only written maybe a column on it in Seven Swords of Sin, and we didn't know anything about its various districts. So that's pretty much going straight to the source. :)
