Split Subscription Order

I made an independent order over the first weekend in February and it looks like it split my Campaign Setting Subscription off from the rest of my subscription products. When my subscription order spawned on Saturday (thanks for running them over the weekend, by the way!), it didn't have the campaign setting for Belkzen in it. That's split aside in a separate order.

I've also noticed some other items pending as separate orders on your account (like the Strategy Guide and the Pathfinder Iconics Set #1). Did you want those shipped as separate orders, or in your sidecart to ship with subscriptions?
